Silver Lining Owners Bobbi Decker is a Full Partner of The Silver Lining Group EIC. Bobbie received her degree in Psychology from Otterbein College in Westerville Ohio. She has been working with children on the autism spectrum for over thirteen years and most recently has acted as the Clinic Director for Applied Behavioral Services Dayton, a center for children with autism in Dayton Ohio. Bobbi is a private consultant for families specializing in ABA therapy and school consultations. She is also working on becoming board certified as an Associate Behavior Analyst.
Rebecca Eslinger is a Full Partner of the Silver Lining Group and Clinic Director of the Silver Lining Morrow County EIC. She has worked with children on the autism spectrum for over 7 years. During this time Rebecca has worked as a behavior tech, school shadow, and, currently, a private consultant for home and school ABA programming. She received her degree is Psychology at Ohio State University and is continuing on at Ohio State to receive her Masters in Applied Behavioral Analysis. After she receives her Masters, she will complete her certification to become a board certified Behavior Analyst.
Michele LaMarche, MS, BCBA acts as Full Partner. Michele is a board certified Behavior Analyst and received a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Edgewood College in Madison, Wisconsin. Michele was initially trained by Wisconsin Early Autism Project where she worked as a clinic supervisor and consultant, and has continued her studies and training to expand her knowledge of treatments available to persons’ with autism. In addition, Michele is a Behavioral Consultant and Full Partner of Piece By Piece Consulting Services, LLC, an educational and behavioral consulting private practice specializing in ABA instruction for learners with autism and the founder and Director of Step By Step Academy, a center for special scholars with autism.

She is currently working on becoming board certified as an Associate Behavior Analyst. Michele has been working with children with autism for over ten years and most recently has acted as the Clinic Director for Step By Step Academy, a center for children with autism in Columbus Ohio. In addition, she is a private consultant for families specializing in ABA therapy and school consultations.
Kristen Wilcock, BCaBA acts as President and Full Partner. Kristen is a Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst and received her degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University. She was initially trained by Wisconsin Early Autism Project where she worked as a consultant and consultant trainer. In addition, Kristen is the Director and a full partner of Piece By Piece Consulting Services, LLC, an educational and behavioral consulting private practice specializing in ABA instruction for learners with autism and the founder and Trustee of Step By Step Academy, a center for special scholars with autism. Kristen has been working with children with autism for over eleven years and is the proud parent of a beautiful six year old boy who happens to be on the spectrum. Her career and son have led her to the role of advocating for children with disabilities at both local and state levels. |
